Return and Cancellation Policy – Ocean Freaks Boats

1. Cancellation and Refunds
Ocean Freaks Boats has a simple and transparent cancellation policy. Clients can cancel their booking free of charge within the stated timeframe (usually 24-72 hours). The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of changes, postponements or cancellation due to personal reasons, including bad weather or illness. 3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Late cancellations or no-shows without notice will void the customer’s right to a refund.
4. Refusal of Service
